What to Bring Everyday: 

  • Charged Chromebook

  • Spiral Notebook

  • Agenda (online/paper)

  • Pencil/Pen/Highlighter

  • Earbuds/Headphones

Tips for Success:

  • Be prepared to work hard and have fun. 

  • Ask for help if you don’t understand something BEFORE the test.  

  • Complete homework in a timely manner.

  • The more effort you give, the more you will learn. This is definitely a class that is “what you put into it, you will get out of it!”


Absent Work: 

  • Look on Mr. Fox’s faculty web page to view the assignments for the week. It is located on the AMS school website under Faculty & Staff, then click on Staff Pages and find Mr. Fox.


  • You are to be in the classroom before the bell rings. If you are late, you must have a pass to not be counted tardy. 

Food and Drink: 

  • No food or drink is allowed in the classroom. Water bottles are allowed to remain at student tables, but not during labs.

Google Classroom:

  • You will have assignments and activities that will be completed and submitted in your Google Classroom account, but most of the assignments will be completed in class or as homework.


  • Homework must be turned in by the end of the day on the due date to not be considered late (unless you have an excused absence.

  • No late work will be accepted after the day of the test or project assessment. Late work will receive a 20% deduction. 

  • All homework is posted on the AMS school website under Faculty & Staff, then click on Staff Pages and find Mr. Fox.

  Grading Policy:

        40% = MINOR Grade (practice)

        Class Activities, Labs Lab Notebook, and                                                Daily Assignments     

         60% = MAJOR Grades (assessments)

         Projects, Quizzes and Tests
